Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
